Casinos also have rules and procedures that must be followed, such as requiring all patrons to keep their hands visible at all times while playing cards.<\/p>\n
In the past, some of the largest and most famous casinos were owned by mafia families and gangsters. But as real estate investors and hotel chains got into the business, they bought out the mobsters and began to run their casinos legitimately.
